PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of electronic or telephonic communication. No Goods or Products or Service will be released or completed without receiving full payment, and goods will remain the property of GLT Solar until such time as full payment (including any outstanding service fees) is received.

2. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods and services by GLT Solar is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, GLT Solar will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

3. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

GLT Solar shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment may be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) into the GLT Solar’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request or you may find it on our Quotation sent to you.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

GLT Solar takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support and dispute resolution.

6. VARIATION

GLT Solar may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

7. OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT FEES

Any outstanding account fees will be increased at a 2.5% interest fee per month.
